We use Australia Post real time rates for shipping of all orders.
Orders may be collected from our showroom in Lyndhurst, Victoria (near Cranbourne). If you wish to collect your order from us, please select this option during the checkout process. We will call or email you, once your order is ready for collection to arrange a convenient collection time.
Refunds and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at Amadore. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or issue you a refund. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
We take the utmost care in packaging your order so that it arrives to you in the same condition it left us.
Refunds are not offered if you make a wrong purchase or you simply change your mind. There is strictly no returns on personalized items, stationary items, invitations etc. Once a stationary proof has been accepted by you, we do not take any responsibility for errors that you have not previously picked up on.
Colour variations in items are not considered to be a manufacturers fault, and we will therefore not exchange or refund these items. Please note however, that colour variations are rare.
Once an order is placed and payment has been made, the order is considered final and may not be cancelled. If a product is out of stock, or not available, you will be notified as soon as possible and in this case you may select another item or request a full refund from Amadore.
Returns Process
If a product is faulty or contains a manufacturers fault, then you are to notify Amadore immediately by phone or email. You may be requested to take a photo of the item and send it to us.
Once Amadore has agreed to accept the return of your item, you will be provided with a return address to post the item back to us. You MUST return all the original items including packaging. When returning items, you must also include the following information:
Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
Your name and address
A description of the item you are returning
Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
