By ordering from our website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions, shipping and returns policy and privacy statement.

Handling Fee 

We charge a small handling fee on each order.  As our website uses Australia Post rates, these do not include the cost of any packaging, boxes, or bubble wrap.  The handling fee covers these out of pocket costs.  The current handling fee is $4.00.  This fee is subject to change without notice.

Availability of stock

At Amadore we have a large range of items and like all retail businesses, sometimes it simply isn't possible to keep stock of each and every item.  Some items will sometimes run low, be discontinued without the knowledge of Amadore or be backordered by our supplier.

If an item you have ordered is unavailable in the advertised timeframe, we will contact you immediately to let you know and provide you with the option to replace or refund your order.

Payment

Please note that goods will only be dispatched once payment in full has been received.  If paying by cheque, money order, or electronic funds transfer, your order will be dispatched once payment has cleared.  Please note that this may take up to 7 working days in some cases.

All prices are in Australian Dollars.

Pricing

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST(10%). We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion and without notice.

Allergy Notice

Some of our confectionary contains gluten, and nuts.  If you require additional information regarding ingredients used in our confectionary items, please contact our staff.

Shipping

We package our orders with the utmost care to ensure they arrive to you in the same condition they left us.  However, whilst we take all reasonable steps to ensure your order is packed safely and securely, we cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost parcels once they leave our premises.

In the unfortunate event that you receive a delivery with damaged items, you will need to take the matter up directly with Australia Post.  Amadore will not be held liable for any further damages as a result of you receiving a damaged delivery.

Item Description

Please note that colour variation may occur between items.  On screen colours may appear differently from one computer monitor to the next, and some items may differ slightly if they are from different manufacturer die lots.  From time to time an item may vary slightly in appearance to that photographed on our website.  

Candles

Personalized candles sold by Amadore are intended for decorative purposes.  They are not designed to be lit for long periods.  Never leave a burning candle unattended. 

Shipping

We will dispatch your order as soon as possible.  Delivery and processing may take up to 14 days for items or as otherwise stated on the item description. 

Your order will be shipped once your payment clears.  Please note that cheques or money orders may take up to 5 business days to clear.  If your cheque is dishonoured, then a  $25 dishonour  fee is payable to Amadore.

Pricing

We have taken care in ensuring our site does not contain typographical errors in regards to item measurements and pricing.  However we are only human.  If a purchase is made and brings to our attention that we have undercharged, then we reserve our right to withdraw the item for sale, and cancel your order.  Any incorrect pricing will be immediately rectified upon us becoming aware of the error or receiving notification.
